Application for Enrollment

The Coop is not a school but an enrichment program designed to provide supplemental educational opportunities for students. Families complete this application to provide required student information (such as age, grade level, and emergency contacts).

Enrollment Process

Applications are processed in the order received.

Enrollment is confirmed once space is available.

If program capacity is full, students will be placed on a waitlist.

When demand exceeds available space at the start of a term, enrollment will be determined by a random lottery conducted in accordance with our published enrollment policy.

Removal Policy

Students may only be removed from the program for legally defined reasons such as safety concerns or attendance violations, in accordance with our enrollment policy.
